The applicator for make-up (1) consists of a case containing a reservoir (11) of liquid make-up, and a brush (7) for applying it. The case has a ferfule (10) to distribute the make-up inside a watertight cover (8) at the extremity of the body (2) of the applicator. This cover seals the openings (13) in the ferrule when the applicator is not in use. The openings are freed by pushing the ferrule out of the cover by pressing on the end of the case. To protect the applicator during storage and transport, there is a band that must be torn off before the applicator can be used.
