<p>Plastics cheese mould comrpises a casing and a base, the latter being detachable. The casing can form a seat, against which the side of the base fits, this side being of truncated cone section and curved. The mould is pref. of polyethylene. The casing may be cylindrical and of square section, tapering towards the base, and may have an upper edge on which a detachable inner mould of plastics gauge rests.</p> |
