PURPOSE:To prevent a mechanical bearing from discharging damage by inserting an electric insulator member in series to electrically insulate between a rotor and a stator, so that when the rotor or the stator is brought into contact with an emergency contact mechanical bearing by some cause, a large current flows. CONSTITUTION:An electric insulator 28 is fixed to a shaft 3 to which a stator portion 1 is fixed, and a ball bearing 27 is fixed to the electric insulator 28. Even if a rotor portion 2 is displaced by some cause, and the rotor portion 2 is brought into contact with the ball bearing 27, the electric charge applied to the stator portion 1 or the rotor portion 2 will neither flow from the stator portion 1 to the rotor portion 2, nor flow from the rotor portion 2 to the stator portion, because the electric insulator 28 is disposed in series. |
