<p>NEW MATERIAL:A compound of formula I (R<0> is ethyl, 1-methyl-1-ethenyl or 1-alkyl-1-hydroxyethyl; R<1> is H or alkyl; R<2> and R<3> are each H or acyl). EXAMPLE:(7S,9S)-9-amino-9-ethyl-7-O-(2-deoxy-beta-D-erythropentapyrano syl)-6,11- dihydroxy-7,8,9,10-tetrahydronaphthacene-5,12-dione of formula II. USE:Anticancer drugs, anti-fungus agents. PREPARATION:A compound of formula III is reacted with a saccharide derivative of formula IV (R<4> and R<5> are each acyl; X is Br, I or Cl) in an inert solvent such as dichloromethane in the presence of a mercury salt or silver salt to obtain the objective compound. If needed, the protective group therein is eliminated.</p> |
