摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the semiconductor integrating circuit which can easily make adjustment at the assembling and wiring of integrating circuit, by placing the linear resistance between the power supply of output circuit and the output terminal and absorbing the dispersion of the output characteristics by the manufacturing condition of integrating circuit.
