<p>1518854 Dyeing polyamides HOECHST AG 2 Oct 1975 [2 Oct 1974] 40313/75 Heading D1B Synthetic polyamides are dyed or printed by conventional dyeing and printing processes using dyes which are 10-methoxybenzoxanthene - 3, 4 - dicarboxylic acid imides of formula, in which p is an integer 1 to 6, W is a water-solubilising group which is -SO 3 H, - OSO 3 H, -SSO 3 H, -COOH, -OPO(OH) 2 -PO(OH) 2 or -PO(OR)OH, in which R is an alkyl radical of 1 to 4 carbon atoms. Polyamide -6, -66, and -11 fibres may be dyed in green-yellow shades of good fastness to washing, light, rubbing, ironing acid and alkali.</p> |
