The equipment is used for filling boxes with liquid or pasty goods such as butter. Before filling the boxes are provided with a lining from a folded paper or foil. The filled box is supported in a standing position by a equipment (4) and above the box is positioned a vertically movable form tube (9) of the same cross sections as the box (2). The form tube (9) is fitted with an equipment (7, 8) which supports a horizontally positioned sheet of the lining material and moves the sheet upwards to fold it round the form tube (9) and so to form a lining with a smooth bottom for the box (2). The form tube (9) with the lining is guided downwards in the box by an equipment (11, 12). |
