PURPOSE:To control the discharge quantity of the catalyst and to discharge the catalyst uniformly over a long period of time, by moving upward and downward the plural regulating plates provided at the upper stream side of the rotary feeder when the catalyst is discharged from the catalyst layer by using the rotary feeder.
