The membrane air vent valve for vehicular compressed air installations has a membrane of flexible material, which is tensioned to the housing centrally. Its ring section extending from the centre to the edge area covers a vent chamber. At least two circular sectioned vent chambers (2, 3) with common circle centres coaxial to the membrane (10) are provided, between which are radial housing walls on the face surface of which the membrane locates in a sealed fashion with its ring section. Between two adjacent vent chambers (2, 3) are two housing dividing walls which define a closed, circular section chamber. A support plate (11) locates against the membrane (10) on the side turned away from the vent chambers (2, 3).
