PURPOSE:To control flow rate and frequency simultaneously through such processes as combining an intergrator with a level detector characterized in it hysteresis to detect the output level of the integrator, forcing the output signal to excute positive feedback to the integrator to start subsequent self oscillation and changing the input into the integrator.
