The arrangement is intended for feeding bar stock (1) to a centreless grinding or polishing machine, having relatively inclined discs (12, 13) which rotate and longitudinally move the rod. These may be formed by two grinding discs or one grinding (12) and one control disc (13). The rod is fed between a horizontal disc (10) and a pressure roller (6) carried at one end (4) of a double-ended (4, 5) pivoted (3') lever (3). - The other end (5) is stressed by a tension-spring fixed to a holder (17) at a point on the roller (6) side of the pivot. This point lies on the axis of symmetry (a-b) between the two end positions of the lever. |
