In alternative arrangements (Figures 2 and 3 not shown), the abutment forms part of a cap having grommets which extend into the passage 13 to engage slots formed adjacent the ends of the frame member. Additional grommets (18) (19) may be provided to engage further slots or holes formed in the frame member.</p> |
