PURPOSE:To facilitate a countermeasure to many copying modes by changing a value which is the reference of document number counted value by which whether or not the allowable number of papers are fed to a paper filling means is judged corresponding to the copying mode. CONSTITUTION:Whether or not the allowable number of papers are fed to the paper filing means 66 is judged based on the counted value of documents fed by an automatic document feeder 50 and the value which is the reference of such judgement is changed corresponding to the copying mode. When the number of documents exceeds the reference value, a paper filling mode is cancelled and the paper where copying has been executed is ejected to a spot other than the filing means, such as a paper ejecting tray 67. Meanwhile, when the number of documents does not exceed the reference value, the paper filing mode is maintained. Thus, it is surely judged that the capacity of the paper filing means 66 is over, whatever copying mode it is. Then, troubles occurring at the time of housing the paper and at the time of acting for filing are prevented from occurring. |
