PURPOSE:To readily obtain a sprinkling food by pressing bean-curd refuse separated from soybean milk, adding a specific amount of salt thereto, pretreating the bean-curd refuse therewith, adding a specified amount of alpha-starch, etc., mixing the resultant mixture and drying the mixture into a granular form. CONSTITUTION:Bean-curd refuse after separating soybean milk is pressed to squeeze out water and provide about 1/2 weight. Salt in an amount of 2-4% based on the weight is added to pretreat the bean-curd refuse. To the resultant bean-curd refuse, are added 3-5wt.% alpha-starch powder, seasoning, spice, fish meal, etc. The resultant mixture is mixed, dried and coarsely ground to provide a granular form and afford a sprinkling food. Furthermore, since the bean-curd refuse is pretreated with the salt, subsequent steps can be performed with allowance and mass production is also possible. |
