<p>PURPOSE:To accurately read out a signal by making a drum base and a deck base out of sheet metal and integrating a catcher with the drum base by outsert molding. CONSTITUTION:The drum base 20 made of sheet metal is integrated with the catcher 23 by outsert molding, and a motor is put into a motor hole 25 of this drum base 20 and drum fitting holes 22 are screw-fitted with 2nd screws, thus manufacturing a rotary head assembly body equipped with the drum base 20, the catcher 23, the motor, a fixed drum 7 and a rotary drum. Then, the rotary head assembly body is put upon the deck base made of sheet metal, and a base fitting hole 21 is screw-fitted with a 1st screw. Thus, the drum base and the deck base are made of sheet metal so that no error in relation to the relative position between the drum base and the deck base is not generated due to a temp. change. In addition, the catcher is integrated with the drum base, thus obtaining molding accuracy. By this method, even when the temp. is changed, a signal accurately is read out by a magnetic head.</p> |
