PURPOSE:To quickly, surely and precisely weld a work by providing a welding head to weld a weld zone of the work so that it can move to an upper frame. CONSTITUTION:The work W cut in a desired shape is supported on a bottom die 15 born on a lower frame and pressed and fixed by a top die 31 through the fall of a vertically movable ram born by the upper frame 9. The work W held is bent by a bending die through the vertical movement of a bent ram. When the work W is held by a top die 31 and a bottom die 15, the welding head 101 provided on the upper frame 9 is moved as far as the weld zone of the work W and welded by the welding head 101 to the weld zone of the work W.
