Grid for cutting head of dry shaver - has hexagonal perforations staggered at angle to reciprocating cutter movement

The grid cover is used for dry shavers and it has hexagonal perforations for acting in conjunction with reciprocating movements of the cutter. The line connecting the centres of hexagonal perforations are arranged at an angle with the linear moving direction of the cutter. This grid has high strength against deformation. One of the symmetry axes (L) of each hexagon (4) is parallel to the edge of the moving cutter (3a). The axis of symmetry at right angles to these symmetry axes (M, N) of the same row of hexagonal perforations are staggered relative to each other by a constant distance (d).
