<p>PURPOSE:To obtain inexpensively a decorative material with a rugged pattern poor in shrinkage in an embossment by a method wherein a synthetic resin layer provided on the side of an embossed sheet having the rugged pattern formed by a printing technique is transferred to the side of the base. CONSTITUTION:A rugged pattern is provided by swelling ink 2 on a sheet base 1, a mold releasing treatment is conducted on the whole surface of the base and a mold releasing layer 3 is provided to constitute an embossed sheet 4. The upper surface of the embossed sheet 4 is coated with synthetic resin 5 so as to remove the unevenness on the surface. Next, said embossed sheet 4 is laminated on an adhesive agent coating surface of a base 7 coated with adhesive agent 6 turning the synthetic resin coating surface toward the base and heated under pressure. Next, a decorative material 8 with a rugged pattern on the surface is obtained by removing the embossed sheet 4. If said sheet base 1 has a tensile strength and a tear strength at an extent not to produce damages such as a layer release etc. when the embossed sheet 4 is released, paper, synthetic resin film etc. can be applied freely.</p> |
