Solar energy collecting roof system - has edge connected plates with lugs on conventional roof structure

The individual modular unit system of solar energy storage or roof panels is used esp. in separate houses or for smaller blocks of flats. The collectors form complete roof cover so that no additional roof covering is required. Existing roofs can be converted to the use of collectors without any modification of roof supports. The system consists of separate elements which can be connected in any manner. The collector elements have socket connections ensuring simple placing process. The elements have a lug for holding them on the roof support members. These elements are secured firmly by their own weight.
