Component transfer system for plating baths - with lock=out device preventing tilting or fouling against bath edges

In a component transfer system a travelling carriage has vertically-moving arms with fingers which engage in the component carriers. An interlock device in the carrier arm detects any tilting or jamming of the carriers in their vertical movement and stops the system. Used for the transfer of components into and out of galvanising, plating or paint baths. System is simple and reliable detects whether the components carriers have jammed or tilted as they are lowered into a bath, prevents damage and minimises lost time.
