Fungicidal compounds of the formula: wherein R3 is hydrogen, R4 is phenyl optionally substituted with one halogen, and R5 is alkyl having up to 5 carbon atoms, alkenyl having up to 5 carbon atoms, alkynyl having up to 5 carbon atoms or monochlorophenoxymethyl or R5 is benzyl optionally ring substituted with up to three substituents selected from the class consisting of halogen, alkyl having up to 4 carbon atoms and alkoxy having up to 4 carbon atoms, or a fungicidal acid salt of such a compound.
