<p>Infusion pump and flow meter comprises a single diaphragm (3) for both the pump chamber (4) and the inlet or outlet valve (7, 11). The pump consists of three plastic parts (1, 2, 5) with one side of the inlet or outlet valve the pump chamber, and channels (6, 10) between pump chamber and inlet or outlet valve mounted in the middle part (1) and covered by the upper part (5). In the lower part (2) are a connector (14) for controlling the diaphragm clamped between the lower and middle parts suction and pressure connectors (8, 12) and the other side of the inlet or outlet valve. The pump is easy and cheap to mfr., for disposable use.</p> |
