A setting-out scissor mechanism (14) is arranged between a pivotable wing (11) of a window, door or the like and an associated fixed frame (10) in order to limit the opening angle of the wing. This setting-out scissor mechanism is connected to the wing (11) by means of a common locking and coupling member (28) which serves both for locking the closed wing on the fixed frame and for connecting the wing and the setting-out scissor mechanism. With the wing (11) opened, the locking and coupling member (28) is secured against uncoupling from the wing preferably only non-positively, but with the wing closed it is so secured positively. <IMAGE>
