发明名称 WARM-WORKED MAGNET AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate plastic working for obtaining a product having no crack by making a specific ratio of the carbon contents and the oxygen contents in a warm-worked magnet having microcrystal grains of an R-T-B alloy. CONSTITUTION:A warm-worked magnet is an R-T-B alloy mainly composed of a transition metal T and containing rare earth elements R and boron B including yttrium while having microcrystalline grains of an average crystal grain diameter 0.02 to 1mum having a magnetic anisotropy. In this warm-worked magnet, the carbon contents shall be less than 0.5wt.%, while the oxygen contents are to be made less than 0.3wt.%. Thereby, plastic working is facilitated so as to obtain a product with no crack. Further, a product having an excellent magnetic characteristic can be obtained utilizing chemical reaction between magnetic powder of an additive.
