The radio aerial tuning indicator comprises an inductance coil (2) which picks up by inductive coupling a part of the aerial (1) current. A circuit has a potentiometer (8). The potentiometer is connected to the coil (2), and there is an indicating device (6, 7) which displays the intensity of the current flowing through the circuit. The indicating instrument may be calibrated in watts.
