PURPOSE:To automatically switching whether a fault in a sensor system is a sensor fault or a sensor signal receiving part fault and to efficiently execute restoring work by switching the sensor to a false sensor when the fault occurs in the sensor system, and deciding whether the fault in the sensor system is restored or not. CONSTITUTION:The system is provided with the false sensor 12 for outputting a fixed value, a switching circuit 13 for switching the false sensor 12 and the sensor 11 and a control means 17 for outputting a switching signal to the circuit 13 to switch the false sensor 12 at the time of detecting the fault in the sensor system and deciding the fault of the sensor system by an output from the false sensor 12. Thus, whether the fault in the sensor system is a sensor fault or a sensor signal receiving fault is automatically switched. Consequently, the restoring work can be efficiently executed. |
