<p>The solar collector comprises two transparant spherical enclosures (1,2). The inner sphere is inflated to a higher pressure than the outer one, producing a double skinned greenhouse effect. The thermal fluid (5) is coloured black and is sprayed onto the inner surface of the enclosure from the nozzle (4) to form the solar collector. The collector can be used with an integral heat pump and with the addition of a reflecting mirror.</p> |
