<p>A hardenable composition for use as an adhesive, putty, molding compound, sealer and for coating purposes composed of the reaction product of a monomeric, oligomeric or polymeric carboxylic acid and a compound of a metal of the second group of the periodic system which are capable of forming salts and a hardening agent. One or all of the components can be in protective sheaths or microencapsulated to prevent the hardening until the rupture thereof.</p> |
