PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately recognize markers without relying on the way the markers look.SOLUTION: A marker recognition device comprises: image acquisition means that acquires an image having a marker including a prescribed amount of characteristic included; detection means that creates a scale space image group by giving disturbance to the image having the marker included, which is acquired by the image acquisition means, and detects the prescribed amount of characteristic on the basis of a difference among the created scale space groups to thereby detect a key point in the image having the marker included; and recognition means that recognizes a position of the marker on the basis of the key point detected by the detection means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
