PURPOSE:To reduce the number of coil terminals, to improve an assembling operation thereby and to improve reliability by forming coils of each phase numbering M out of one conductor in a face-opposing motor of N phases having M number of coils for one phase. CONSTITUTION:A face-opposing motor is a three-phase motor having three excitation phases I, II and III and two coils 2 are provided for each excitation phase. The coils 2 are provided on a printed circuit board 3 and the two coils constituting the same excitation phase are disposed at positions opposing each other on the circumference. The two coils of each phase are formed of one conductor 4. One terminal 1 of each conductor 4 is connected to an earth wire 5 being common to other excitation phases and the other terminal 1 to a discrete lead wire 6. Since the two coils 2 for each phase are formed of one conductor 4 in this way, the terminals 1 for each phase need to be provided only in two irrespective of the number of coils, and thereby the number of terminals can be reduced sharply. |
