The teeth (12b) of the comb are formed by the coils of a helically wound wire, in each case one group (1) of teeth within a housing (6c) being held together in the pushed-together state by a respective cap (3). Using an advancing member (74), which is constructed in the form of a wire coil, the turns of which engage in the upper parts of the groups (1) of teeth, said groups (1) of teeth can be slid out of the housing (6c). By rotating a knob (78), the group (1) of teeth in which the free end (77) of the advancing member (74) engages, is moved forwards and, as a result, in this way new groups (1) of teeth can be subsequently supplied as soon as the group being used has been soiled and removed. The caps (3) protect the teeth against mutual displacement and hooking together and against soiling. The production of the group of teeth is simple, the use of the comb is hygienic and easy as soiled groups of teeth can be removed and the shape of the teeth is agreeable for the user. <IMAGE> |
