PURPOSE:To attain ease of confirmation of operation for a controller for a load while confirming the state of the load by transmitting a control signal to a terminal device for controlling load in succession to the transmission of a terminal device address at the reception of a supervising signal from a terminal device for check purpose. CONSTITUTION:When a main operating section 4 receives an interruption request signal and an address included in its signal is a checker, the terminal device 9 for check is accessed at first and the section 4 receives a supervising input of the terminal device 9 as a return signal. This return signal includes a terminal address of the terminal device 2 for controlling the load to be checked which is set by a terminal address setting switch 12. Then the accessing to clear the interruption in the terminal device 9 is conducted. After the end of interruption clear, a control data for the check of the terminal device 2 is formed, the terminal device 2 is accessed and the load 7 is conrolled in a predetermined check pattern and then the interruption processing is completed.
