PURPOSE:To make a turbine speed-up so smoothly without receiving any influence of mechanical loss, by forcibly releasing a control value transitorily at the initial stage of a rise in rotation of the turbine and, after being reached to the specified speed, making another speed control valve into a circuit. CONSTITUTION:Each signal out of a speed setter 1, a comparator 3, which inputs a signal out of a turbine speed signal transducer 2 and detects its deviation, and an initial driving signal generator 8 is inputted into a high value preferential circuit 9, and a control valve 4 is opened or closed by a high signal, controlling a turbine 5 and a generator 6. The comparator 10 is one that receives a turbine starting command and operates after a given period elapses, and closes a contact 11 when a turbine speed accords with the setting value. In time of starting, first of all, the control valve 4 is forcibly opened by a signal out of the initial driving signal generator 8, causing the speed to go up so suddenly, and when the turbine comes to the specified speed, its output is cut off so that the speed gets lowering down to some extent, and when it accords with the setting value of the speed setter 1, the contact 11 closes, entering its speed feedback control. |
