PURPOSE:To form membrane on the ground readily, by a method wherein the peroxide-added spray solution of crude oil and stabilizer is gasified at high pressure and temperature, and after the gas is made into slurry due to cooling, the slurry is fed to the ground. CONSTITUTION:Desert 59 is excavated by an excavating apparatus 7 moving a travelling unit 1 there and an excavated trench 11 is formed by feeding sand 9 to a conveyor 10 through a guide board 8. In the meantime, through a nozzle 37, crude oil 62 and stabilizer 57 is sprayed into the first room 32 of a chamber 31 filled up with inert gas inside a slurry-producing apparatus 30. Then, a peroxide 58 is added to the spray solution in the second room 33 and the solution is heated at a heater 44 and gasified at high pressure and temperature. Then, the gas is transmitted from the third room 34 to a cooling room 51 through a communication pipe 50, and slurry 53 is made in a cooling apparatus 52. The slurry 53 is sprayed into the excavated trench 11 through the spraying pipe 55 and nozzle 56 and solidified to form membrane 60. |
