The machine consists of a cutting tool unit and two infeed and transport assemblies. The cutting tool unit consists of a rotor with a mounting block, two rotary wire brushes, holders and two electric motors which are connected by universa linkage to the cutters. The rotor of the cutting unit is mounted on rollers on which the rotor is rotated around the workpiece. The workpiece is moved axially to and fro while the cutting tool unit is rotated by a certain amount after each work cycle.
