PURPOSE:To ensure the stability of a frequency over a long time by using an ultrasonic wave heat press-contacting method for bonding between the head of a support member and a piezoelectric vibrator and fixing a terminal and the support member by welding so as to attain vacuum baking at the high temperature. CONSTITUTION:The head 2 of the support member 1 and a crystal element plate 4 are bonded incorporatedly by applying ultrasonic wave thermal pressing to them via an aluminum thin plate 13. Further, the support member 1 and the terminal 6 are fixed at a bonding part 5 by using a welding means. Since no solder is used to the electric connecting part from the piezoelectric element to the terminal, the vacuum baking at high temperatures is attained. Thus, the frequency stability is ensured over a long time. |
