The inlet housing comprises an inlet section containing one end of the eccentrically carried cylindrical coupling shaft, a rotary valve controlling at least one suction inlet and a bearing housing containing the other end of the shaft and carrying the drive shaft, all as in 1906468. The bearing housing is divided into a forward and a rearward section. The valve is arranged in one of the suction inlets branching out from the forward section. This inlet forms the valve housing, is inclined in the direction of flow, and is connected to a vessel.
