Dispenser for pastes or liquids which are pressed out from the dispenser includes an outer container with a rigid shell (1). The outer container is fitted at one end with an outlet (4) and at its other end with a rotatable bottom (6). In the outer container is inserted a flexible inner container (2) for accommodating the dispenser contents. One end of the inner container (2) is attached to the outlet of the outer container and its end (9) positioned opposite the outlet is attached to the rotatable bottom (6). Between the rotatable bottom (6) and the shell (1) of the outer container is a safety arrangement (11) in form of interlocking ratchet teeth which is preventing the rotatable bottom (6) to rotate in reverse direction. The inner container (2) is profiled in direction of rotation.
