PURPOSE:To facilitate the generation of an excellent circularly polarized wave whose electric characteristic such as the axial ratio is not subjected to adverse effect due to the undesired harmonic mode by providing two of the 1st feeding points and two of the 2nd feeding points in an orthogonal direction to the 1st feeding point and the antenna center. CONSTITUTION:The microstrip antenna 100 is subjected to processing such as increase in the thickness of a dielectric base 2 or decrease in the dielectric constant so as to be made suited to proper broad band. Further, the 1st feeding points B7, A8 as the 1st feeders in the microstrip antenna 100 are provided symmetrically to the center line passing through the center point O and the 1st feeder at an equal distance, and the 2nd feeding points A9, B10 as the 2nd feeders are provided symmetrically to the center line passing through the center point O of the radiation element 1 at an equal interval. A power distributor 200 excites the antenna 100 by feeding a power with a prescribed condition to the feeding points 7, 8, 9 and 10.
