PURPOSE:To simplify the control of a network controller from a terminal equipment of a CPU by controlling an automatic dialing part by a telephone dial schedule control section according to a prescribed schedule so as to send a number stored in a telephone number setting storage section to a line as a dial signal. CONSTITUTION:When a data communication terminal equipment 9 outputs a call request signal to a network controller 7, the network controller 7 receives the signal to start an automatic dialing section 74 thereby applying dial start to a line 4. When a telephone exchange 1 is started, the automatic dial section 74 uses a telephone number transmission/reception circuit 742 to read an opposite telephone number stored in a telephone number setting and storage section 75 and sends each digit of the number to the telephone exchange 1 through the line 4 sequentially via a dial signal sending circuit 743. In this case, the transmission/reception of the signal between the telephone number setting storage section 75 and the automatic dial section 74 or among the circuits 741, 742, 743 in the automatic dial section 74 is executed under the control of a telephone dial schedule control section 76.
