The surface area presented by member 13 is increased by the use of strips 16. The latter can be replaced by a peg (17), Fig. 3 (not shown), or several pegs (18), Fig. 4 (not shown), or in a modification, rings and grooves (19), (20), Figs. 5, 5a (not shown), are provided. Member 13 may be formed as a hollow frustum (13<SP>1</SP>) with a cover (14<SP>1</SP>), Fig. 6 (not shown), or a ring (24) may surround member 13, Figs. 7 and 8 (not shown). |
