<p>1364118 Concrete floor slabs LEMMING PEDERSEN OG ERIKSSON RADGIVENDE INGENIORER AS 22 Nov 1971 [27 Nov 1970] 54045/71 Heading E1W A precast concrete slab for use in forming elevated floors has a grid of stiffening ribs 2, 3, edge ribs 2 of adjacent slabs together forming a composite rib having the same cross-sectional area as that of an intermediate rib 3. Some of the intermediate ribs may have longitudinal axial slots 17 therein, which slots extend up through the slab, and allow jointing of, e.g. partitions, and some of the edge ribs may be recessed, as at 15, to provide a similar facility. Adjacent slabs are connected together by suitable cast-in-situ material, and may be initially bolted together, Fig. 2 (not shown). The grid spaces 4 are rectangular, preferably square, and the slabs may be supported at rib intersections or, e.g. by a column with a "cassette" head, Fig. 6 (not shown), the head (19) entering one of the grid spaces.</p> |
