PURPOSE:To provide a device securing always constant filter area by installing a dust-removed automatic powder discharge device at the lower section of a dust collector constituted with a filter cloth with a built-in cyclone connector. CONSTITUTION:At a lower section base 15 of a dust collector 17 constituted with an air-permeable filter cloth 11, a powder discharge device is installed rotatably. Inside the dust collector 17, a cyclone connector 10 equipped with a powder inlet port 3 is incorporated to form a powder collector 1. The powder collector 1 is hung down by a support 29 through a spring 31 to form a powder quantity sensor 32. When powder quantity in the dust collector 17 is more than fixed, the powder collector 1 comes downward to put a push button switch 34 of a motor 21 ON. Then, after the powder discharge device moves automatically and discharges powder in the dust collector 17 out of the discharge port, the push button is automatically reset to OFF.
