PURPOSE: To obtain a formulated medicine agent showing excellent cooperativity, containing decaplanin of a glyco peptide and a cephalosporin derivative. CONSTITUTION: This formulated medicine agent comprises (A) decaplanin of formula I or its pharmacologically permissible salt and (B) a cephalosporin or its pharmacologically permissible salt or ester such as a compound of formula II (A is CH or N; R1 is H, a 1-4C alkyl, a group of formula III, etc.; =N-OR1 is in the syn-position; R2 is H, methyl, methoxy, vinyl, a group of formula IV, etc.; R3 is H, a pharmacologically permissible cation, etc.) in the ratio of 1:9 to 9:1, preferably 1:5 to 5:1. Cefixime, cefodizime, cefpirome, cefotaxime or ceftriaxone is used as the component B. |
