PURPOSE:To obtain salt suitable for processing fish such as, sardine, mackerel, mackerel pike, cuttlefish, salmon, trout, cod, etc., by blending a specific amount of raw salt with water while stirring, allowing to stand in the air and aging. CONSTITUTION:80-90 wt% raw salt with the rest water is blended sufficiently while stirring, allowed to stand in the air and aged to give the aimed salt for processing fish. |
