<p>The bottle safety cap assembly comprises a filling spout (11) with screw thread (12) and a notched portion 13). A cap screws onto the spout and has a mating notched portion engaging with the latter so as to lock the cap in the closed position and prevent opening by children etc. The notched portions can have teeth in each, being situated at the ends of the screw threads. In addition there can be a spring portion, acting between the underside of the cap top and the top of the spout, or a spigot on the cap fitting inside the spout.</p> |
