The mounting is for supporting foam material mats to carry green plants on steep walls or similar surfaces, the mat (1) being enclosed by a frame (5) on its periphery. The mat is covered on the front-and back face with a grating (10) fixed to the frame (5). The frame (5) has a U-profile, which grips over the edge of the front- and/or rear face of the foam mat. The top frame shank (6') has a hollow profile, connected to a water feed line. On the bottom of the box profile facing the mat, then are perforations (15). The frame is fixed via distance pieces (21) at a distance from a wall (20). |
