Load securing system for inside of lorry - has threaded inserts on inside wall to secure hooks and cleats of ties

The inside walls of the lorry are fitted with recessed inserts (3, 2) to form attachments for ties etc., to secure the load. When the ties are removed full access is available for the load, so that wide loads can be safely carried. The inserts are threaded into the walls or suitable support frame, and can take up part of all the thickness of the wall. The system is suitable for all types of lorry especially furniture transporters in which the ties are arranged to suit the different loads, and in which protruding ties can damage the load.
