<p>The multi-purpose instrument case for musical instruments of any size, more partic. the violin and viola has inside a displaceable instrument support (2) which can be adapted to the size of the required instrument and then secured in place by a setscrew and wing nut (3). T'e set screw can be movably fixed in a screw slot in the base plate (4) so that the instrument support can be constructed to cover the slide mechanism. The instrument support is preferably fitted with cushions or buffers (5, 6) whilst leather belts (7) can be used to provide a fire hold during transport.</p> |
