<p>The electronic timepiece has an analogue display, provided by sixty display elements spaced around the face of the timepiece and used to indicate the minutes and/or seconds, together with twelve further display elements spaced apart by 30 degrees used to indicate the hours. The display elements are coupled to decoders controlled by the outputs of a counter circuit in a given code, each decoder being released by an 'enable-function' supplied to its input. Pref. the 'enable' inputs of four decoders are coupled to the outputs of decimal decoders controlled by divide-by-twelve dividers, the decoders energising e.d.s. acting as the display elements.</p> |
